Sign in to the Account page and choose “Request account deletion”. The request requires an explicit confirmation phrase so an accidental click cannot remove the account.
What deletion does
The prepared flow deletes the Clerk identity, removes saved addresses, saved products, push tokens and Angela chat history linked to the local account, anonymises the local customer profile, revokes guest lookup credentials and records a redacted audit event.
What may remain
Minimum order, payment, fulfilment, tax, fraud or chargeback evidence may need to be retained in minimised form. The application does not currently have a fixed retention schedule; the Director/legal adviser must approve the exact exceptions and periods.
