Refund & Returns Policy

At 1UT HEALTH LTD, we aim to provide quality products and a transparent, fair returns process. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

The item is in resalable condition

You can provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered supplements, gummies, or consumable products unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

Opened or used supplements, gummies, or consumable products

Products with broken safety seals

Items marked as final sale or clearance

Gift cards

This is in line with UK hygiene and consumer safety regulations.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us before sending any items back:

Reason for return

Photos (if the item is damaged or faulty)

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Restocking Fee

For approved returns that meet eligibility requirements, a 25% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover handling, inspection, and processing costs.

This does not apply to faulty or incorrect items.

6. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Clear photos of the item and packaging

Where applicable, we will offer:

A replacement, or

A full refund (including return shipping)

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund

You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank or card statement

Contact your payment provider

9. Statutory Rights (UK Customers)

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If an item is faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with UK law.
