30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition

Original packaging must be intact

Proof of purchase is required

Requests made outside the 30-day window cannot be accepted unless required by law.

RETURN PROCESS

All return requests must be submitted in writing first.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a tracked and insured service

1UTHEALTHLTD is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

RESTOCKING FEE

A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

This fee covers inspection, handling, administration, and compliance processes and will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds are issued minus the 25% restocking fee

Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

Refunds will not be issued for:

Opened or used consumable products

Items returned damaged or incomplete

Items returned without approval

NO FINAL SALE ITEMS

At this time, we do not operate a “final sale” category.

All eligible products fall under this 30-day return policy, subject to the conditions stated above.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened supplements or consumable products

Products that show signs of use

Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
